35 Participants Join the Workshop
Dubai/ Tuesday, August 22, 2017: UAE FA Vice President, HE Saeed Al Teneiji has inaugurated today morning goalkeepers’ supervisors’ course which is organized under supervision of the FA Academy. The course which will last on 24 August 2017 witnesses participation of 35 goalkeepers and coaches from UAE, Egypt, Morocco, Azerbaijan and Tunis, the most of important of whom Ali Khesif, goalkeeper of UAE National (A) Team and Al Jazira FC.
Al Teneiji said “this course constitutes an important step for qualifying coaches and goalkeepers in order to be in charge of supervising goalkeepers of teams in various age categories”.
He thanked the FA Academy for its continued effort to provide such courses, pointing out that we are very proud to have a qualified national instructor like Zakaria Ahmed.
For his turn, Zakaria said “this course comes under the coaching programs organized by the academy with the aim of upgrading sports cadre at technical and administrative levels”.
He pointed out “the course focus on method for the selection of coaches, follow-up of technical performance, and the dealing with goalkeepers in order to bring them up properly”.
